It must outlast the giving.
A structure, a resource, or an education—something that keeps serving after the money is spent.
Rebuild Masjid Campaign
Across rural Bangladesh, villages pray in masjids with leaking roofs, cracked walls and floors that flood every monsoon. Help rebuild one, and give an entire community a safe place to worship for generations
Rebuild a MasjidA lasting legacy
“Whoever builds a masjid for Allah, Allah will build for him a house in Paradise.”
— Prophet Muhammad ﷺ
In many villages in Bangladesh, the masjid is the only permanent public building. It is where children learn to read the Quran, where the community gathers after a death, and where families shelter when floods arrive.
Many of these masjids were built decades ago from tin, bamboo or unreinforced brick. Years of monsoon rain, cyclones and river flooding have left them unsafe. Roofs leak through every prayer in the rainy season. Walls crack. Floors sit below flood level. In some villages, worshippers pray outside because the building is no longer safe to enter.
Local communities want to rebuild, but most earn daily wages from farming or fishing. The cost of a proper structure is beyond what they can raise alone. SPAR has an assessment of 2 damaged masjids on Senbag and Barisha
Not every gift keeps giving. A sadaqah jariyah donation has to meet three conditions, and we build every project to all three.
A structure, a resource, or an education—something that keeps serving after the money is spent.
A well that nobody draws from earns nothing. We build where the need is proven and the community is committed.
This is where most ongoing charity quietly fails. Every SPAR project is handed to a local committee with maintenance agreed upon in writing before completion.

Our Promise To You!
You will know which project your gift funded and exactly where it stands.
Provided from site assessment through construction to handover.
Durable materials and a local committee responsible for upkeep. A well that fails in two years is not sadaqah jariyah.
Full-project donors can name the masjid or well they funded, or dedicate it to someone who has passed away.
Stories of Sadaqah Jariyah
People give in memory, in gratitude, and in hope — and their reward continues.
“Seeing the photos of the completed project brought tears to my eyes. Alhamdulillah.”
Hamzah
“I gave in memory of my father. Knowing people still benefit from it brings me peace.”
Khadija
“I never thought a small contribution could matter this much. Together we built something lasting.”
