What Makes a Donation Jariyah?

Not every gift keeps giving. A sadaqah jariyah donation has to meet three conditions, and we build every project to all three.

It must outlast the giving.

A structure, a resource, or an education—something that keeps serving after the money is spent.

It must keep being used.

A well that nobody draws from earns nothing. We build where the need is proven and the community is committed.

It must be maintained.

This is where most ongoing charity quietly fails. Every SPAR project is handed to a local committee with maintenance agreed upon in writing before completion.
